Brooklin's Fat Lip

So Brooklin decided to test out how well she would bounce if she jumped out of her chair at the table. Realizing not quick enough that tile isn't so good to bounce off, Brooklin ended up with a fat lip and a bloody nose. Hope that will be the last!

Red Rock Canyon

We decided on Saturday that after Brad got off work we would go down to Vegas and stay the night with Brianna and Owen then go hiking up at Red Rock Canyon on the far west/central side of Vegas. This is a little hike we took the kids on to a small waterfall.

Another Day in the Snow

So sorry I haven't posted for a few weeks. I can't say that I've been super busy but we haven't really had anything too exciting to post. We did spend a couple of days with Brianna and Owen. They came up from Vegas with their kids for Rylee's b-day and we went up to Cedar City to go sledding. That was fun once the kids were able to run on solid ground right before we left. (Ha Ha Ha!)

Sledding for a Day

So here's our attempt of enjoying the snow for a few hours. We decided to go up to Cedar Canyon for a few hours on Saturday and have some fun snow moments. The girls weren't too sure about it but Brinly and the rest of us had fun.


Some of us decided to get a little crazy and go down in a train. What a rush!




The girls finally warmed up to the snow a little. They basically played it safe with Grandma and Papa.

Baby #4

Well, here she is! Yep you read right, baby girl #4. I guess we can look at the bright side in that we don't have to start all over with buying all new things. So in a way, we're saving money?? We're still excited just slightly let down. We got our hopes up so high that there was, for a moment, slight disappointment. Now that means Brinly will more than likely get her room back and we don't have to re-paint. Yea!!!

Brad and I are going in for our ultrasound this Friday. We're asking all of you out there to keep your fingers crossed for us that this is a boy!!! We'll keep you all posted as to what we're having.

The weekend after Christmas the rest of the Stapley group came down to visit and Grandpa arranged a 4-wheeling activity for everyone to enjoy. Brad was particularly excited because we got to test out a Rhino. (Of which he has been trying to get me on one for almost a year now.) It was a little chilly but we had lots of fun!
